Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in the United States.
Shipping Rates & Options
Medi Lift only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO and International addresses, at this time. Please see below for our detailed outline of shipping options.
Standard Service
- Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days
- Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
- All orders will be charged a flat rate of $7.95
FedEx Ground
- Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days
- Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- All orders will be charged a flat rate of $11.95
FedEx 2 Day Shipping
- Most orders are delivered within 2 business days
- Orders destined to Hawaii and Alaska will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
- All orders will be charged a flat rate of $24.95
Important
- We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of receiving.
- Orders placed over a holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday

Tracking
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.
