Return of Purchase

Unopened and unused products purchased through may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price.

Email for a Return Authorization (RA) request. Product(s) returned without a RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. YA-MAN USA LTD does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product(s) being returned for a refund without an RA number. Send via an insured method & forward tracking details to

Please allow 14 business days to inspect your product(s). If purchased directly from Medi Lift and if a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.

Please note that YA-MAN USA LTD does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels (i.e. eBay, etc.)
- Items that are not defective, unless unopened and unused (within 30 days)
- Products purchased more than one year ago
- Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
- Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
- Shipping charges
- Products returned with an RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted

YA-MAN USA LTD reserves the right to update this return policy at any time.

Return of Replacement

Defective devices may be exchanged for replacement under the warranty, within one year of receipt. Please email for replacement under warranty.
